I love watches, and buy them frequently, including the Invicta brand. Usually I keep them, but when this one arrived I was underwhelmed. Yes, I’d gotten a fantastic deal on it with a gold box offer, but even that didn’t dissuade me from returning this ho-hum women’s watch.
The blue in the photo is much brighter than the actual watchband. Admittedly, you could change that if you wanted to do so. The face of the watch I received was dull. The mother of pearl face was apparent, but even in sunlight, not much fire to it. Basically, this watch reminded me of a Timex. No offense to Timex… I own a few, but not at this price.
I did like the size of the watch. Women’s diver’s watches do tend to be oversized, but this one was not. I have a small wrist and ’size-wise’ it looked great on it. It does have a tiny bit of sparkle with small crystals around the bezel. The face is easy to read. It’s also waterproof.
Overall it’s just not the watch I’ve come to know and love from Invicta. I’ll continue to buy from them, but this time, it’s going back.
